Kuwait Canara Welfare Association (KCWA) celebrated the Nativity of our Blessed Virgin Mary, which is fondly known by every Mangalorean as Monthi Fest, on 12 September 2021 at the Holy Family Cathedral, Kuwait City.
Rev.Fr. Antony Lopez OFM, Cap blessed the novem and dates and celebrated mass in Konkani. Flowers were offered to Monthi Mai by devotees. Offertory Procession was handled by KCWA Managing Committee Members. Cake & Juice were served after the mass for attendees.
On this occasion of Monthi fest KCWA had launched a fund-raising campaign “We care for the uncared” to provide support for COVID-19 related victims. The Managing Committee would like to thank our sponsors and donors for their continued generosity and unwavering support towards this cause.
