As we step into the month of December, everyone gets into the festive mood automatically. Young and old along with the little one’s welcome special season where everyone sways to the melodies of Christmas Carols with all preparations to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Christmas is special to everyone where Peace, Love & Joy filled in the air and everyone tries to live the Christmas message in their lives.
Christmas Goodies were distributed to KCWA members’ kids in an event held on 12th December 2025 at the TRV Restaurant Building-Basement Hall, Block 10, Salmiya. The event began with an opening prayer recited by Roystun Dsouza. The event was well compered by Alan Vaz.
KCWA President Prakash Pinto welcomed the gathering with a Christmas message, followed by the cutting of the Christmas cake along with Managing Committee members, sharing the joy and happiness of the festive season.
President Prakash Pinto, Vice President Arun Jossy Dsouza and General secretary Reena Pereira escorted KCWA Spiritual Director Rev. Fr. Avil Rosario to the stage to deliver the Christmas message to the gathering. He emphasized that Jesus is the reason to be joyful and asked everyone to share the love that God has shown by sending his only son to the world and extended Christmas wishes to KCWA community.
Christmas Goodies were distributed to all kids present at the venue. KCWA Managing committee would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the sponsors of the event and goodies.

The entire event was successfully coordinated by Naveen Mascarenhas along with Roystun Dsouza, Kevin Dsouza, Jinella Rodrigues, Prakash Gonsalves and well supported by rest of the Managing Committee.
The event concluded by 8:30 pm with the hymn, as children’s returning happily with the joy and fellowship of Christmas.
