The Konkani community of Kuwait, led by Kuwait Canara Welfare Association (KCWA), celebrated Monti Fest with much grandeur on Sunday, September 11 in the Holy Family Cathedral, Kuwait city.
The celebration has been an annual tradition for 23 years now, which is attended by thousands of Catholics in Kuwait. Other Konkani associations which joined hands with KCWA this time are Shirva Welfare Association, Kuwait Pangla Association, Kundapur Varado Welfare Association, CRC Chinchinim Sports Club, Colva United Centre and Goan Cultural Centre.
