KCWA Family Picnic Sports 2025 – Team Registration

KCWA Family Picnic 2025 (sports)

1. KCWA Family Picnic is for all Mangalorean Catholics.
2. The team sports such as Volleyball, Throw Ball, and Tug of War are only for KCWA members and their families. Players should have their membership renewed for the year 2025 before registering the team.
3. The event will be held on Friday, 14th November 2025, from 9:30 AM onwards at Mishref Garden, Kuwait.
4. Last day to registration and collection of entry pass shall be on 10th November 2025.
5. Only the team captain has the right to discuss issues with the official umpires and organizers.
6. Any query during the game must be personally discussed with the Sports Secretary and game umpires. Any other player interfering or attempting to influence the decision process will lead to team disqualification from the tournament.
7. Matches will be played in a best-of-three sets format (or as decided by the umpires).
8. Substitution is allowed as per standard game rules.
9. Player rotation must be maintained during service (Volleyball and Throw Ball matches).
10. The rules and regulations related to the matches or any changes related to the tournament will be communicated to the registered teams in due course.
11. All decisions are final and binding as per the umpire’s decision.
