As we step into the month of December, everyone gets into the festive mood automatically. Young and old along with the little one’s welcome special season where everyone sways to the melodies of Christmas Carols with all preparations to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Christmas is special to everyone where Peace, Love & Joy filled in the air and everyone tries to live the Christmas message in their lives.
KCWA held Christmas Carol singing, Christmas theme Family Photo, Christmas Crib, Star, Tree and Home Decor contest which was open to all KCWA Members and their children. KCWA Managing Committee would like to thank all the participants for their outstanding participation. Our panel of judges have selected the best three for awarding the prizes in each category. Prizes were distributed to the winners by Fr. Noel D’Almeida during KCWA goodies distribution event.
An event commenced by Vice President Arun Dsouza inviting KCWA Spiritual Director Fr. Noel D Almeida to the dais, escorted by President Naveen Mascarenhas, General secretary Reena Pereira and event coordinator Kevin D Souza. The Opening prayer was then recited by Allan Dsouza followed by a warm welcome from President Naveen Mascarenhas. KCWA spiritual director Fr. Noel D Almeida delivered the Christmas message to the gathering and congratulated them for being part of KCWA community and their true spirit to share the Joy of Christmas among our brethren in need. Judges for the Christmas competitions was felicitated, followed by prize distribution.

Christmas Goodies were distributed to all kids present at the venue. KCWA Managing committee would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the sponsors of the goodies and event. The event was successfully coordinated by Jinella Rodrigues, Harry Fernandes, Reyan Lobo, Veena Serrao and Kevin Dsouza and were well supported by rest of the Managing Committee.
